Shipping times:
There are a variety of circumstances for shipping. If an order says in stock, we usually ship it out from our Toronto warehouse within 2 business days. If it is pre-order, we will give an estimate for when the board is back in stock, then forward on once it's back.
With some boards, we may ship from Vancouver, that will be determined by your geographical location and which board you have ordered. Give us a call on +1 416 967 8244 to get the most up-to-date shipping information during business hours.
Shipping cost:
Tax, duties and shipping is included - we like to keep it simple.
Damaged in delivery:
It's important to let us know within 48 hours of delivery if there is any damage to the packaging or items themselves. Most shippers have a 48-hour window to make claims. We can't make any promises after this time has elapsed.
