SHIPPING

• Rentals and pick up is only available in Toronto at Unit 2-276 Avenue road
• For iSUP purchases, there is free shipping to Ontario and Quebec. For other provinces and territories there is a small flat fee ($20)
• Snow tubes are only available for local delivery
• Accessories have a small charge to cover shipping costs, however, there is no charge if they are added to an iSUP purchase
• A tracking number or an email with instructions will be issued once available. We will endeavor to deliver the shipping times on our site for the specific product requested. We try to keep all estimated shipping times up to date. You can contact us at any time for an update on your package by calling 416 967 8244. If in stock, normal delivery times are 2-10 business days depending on your geographical location in Canada. We mostly ship from Ontario where we have two locations. Typically, we have 2 options: In stock (Allow 1-2 days to process). Pre-order (Check the shipping times tab on the product page to see when we expect the board in stock). Sold out (not available at this moment). If any goods are damaged in delivery please notify us within 48 hours of it being received. To make a claim with the shipper, this is the time frame allowed. We're reasonable folk, if 48 hours elapses, give us a call anyways and we'll do our upmost to help.
