Was not 100% what I expected and the pump that was shipped with it fell apart on 1st use. Board (even though was not what i expected) is great quality and seems to be of equal quality as my other one.

Got my Paddle Board in the water this weekend on the river! Love the vibrate colours, great quality, easy set up, and very smooth ride! I found it easy to balance and light to lift in and out of the water. It did require some effort to pump up, but I wouldn’t say I have a lot of upper body strength ! I am glad I read the other reviews in regards to pump gauge. Keep pumping and eventually it will read a higher PSI! Looking forward to more rides !

Overall I liked it! The colours are great, the material seems high quality, and it looks sturdy. I cannot wait to take it on the next trip. It took me around 10 mins to inflate with the manual pump which is ok. You need to be aware that although the board looks inflated already, the pump's needle won't register anything until later; you need to keep pumping and will begin to record the pressure.
There are a few things to notice, so I'm not giving five stars. First, the largest fin was not perfectly fitting in its position. It took me a lot of effort to get it on the rail as opposed with the other smaller ones. I wouldn't say it is a big deal, but I was expecting a better fit for all of them. Lastly, the storage bag quality and design are okish. I would spect a more stylish bag, but it serves its purpose.

After renting a board from a local Ottawa shop for a weekend, I fell in love with the versatility of the paddleboard. I can sit, I can kneel, I can stand, I can chill and lie down, I can bring my kids for a ride, so much fun all around! So I set out to buy a board and finally made my purchase with the SUP Outlet. I wanted to support a Canadian company and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I received the board about 7 days after my order. I took it out for a spin (see picture) and everything was in perfect order. I love the colours, they are so vibrant and beachy, the ease of inflating, the bag that I can neatly put everything away. I love that I can take it anywhere with me, cottage, camping, local rivers and lakes, very compact. My only tiny criticism (and this is more on me than the board itself) is that the water in which I take my board to most often is very brown (not ocean-like and clear) therefore all the "white" parts of the board got easily dirtied. But a quick rinse and light scrub at home once out of the water, the board looks good as new. Knowing this, I should have maybe purchased a darker coloured board, but again that's on me!
I love my board and so do my kids (8 and 6). They keep hogging it which means a new board is definitely in my future.

Would be a nice touch to include dry bag in purchase - they aren't an expensive add-on and are kinda essentially if you want to hang put for more then a few hours on the board.

J’adore ma nouvelle planche! Elle est facile à gonfler et elle se range aisément dans le sac. On peut aussi enlever les ailerons. Elle est stable et j’ai même été capable d’embarquer ma fille dessus. C’était parfait!

This board is super stable, glides through water well, and looks awesome. I wanted one with a high max weight so I can take the dogs or grandkids out too and this one is great
The first one they sent me had 2 seam leaks (not uncommon on isups) and they had a new one to me in 4 days that is perfect!

We are more than happy with our purchases and the best money we have spent.
The quality is great, no issues there. The only thing that is hard to use and gauge is the pump, it doesn’t tell you the PSI but I have read the same about other brands.
We love them and use them weekly and highly recommend.
